A wealth manager moved from outsourced core banking to its own booking center and needed a new Client Lifecycle Management platform, aligned to Salesforce standard, with no Salesforce-Avaloq integration pattern to build on. We embedded in our client’s team and delivered a fully integrated CLM platform for the first business unit in 9 months and trained the teams to run and evolve it.
