SOSD accepts donations of new or gently used items listed above that are clean, in good condition, and suitable for re-sale or distribution to those in need. Donations not needed at the shelter may be distributed to fosterers, adopters, other shelters or caregivers of community animals, and may be sold to generate revenue for the organization.

While we appreciate your kindness, due to manpower and audit concerns, it will be additional work for us to sort through the donations we will not need. Also, we may have to end up tossing them in the bin and large items will cost us money to dispose. Thank you for your understanding! 

We seek your understanding that we are unable to pick up the items due to lack of manpower and capacity. We would greatly appreciate it if you can drop off the items anytime between 10am-6pm at the shelter at The Animal Lodge.
