While Kika appeared very playful and happy before she came to the shelter, she struggled to settle in to shelter life. She was nervous around people, and it took her a long time to get slightly more comfortable. Recently, she finally started to go out for walks on leash! She is still gaining confidence, but we are hopeful that she finally has a chance to find a home.
