Audience with Rinpoche

A Precious Opportunity for Spiritual Guidance

Audience with Rinpoche is a rare and special opportunity to receive personal guidance from our temple’s Founder and Spiritual Director, Singha Rinpoche. These private consultations are offered to devotees who seek clarity, insight, or direction in matters of spiritual practice or life challenges.
Singha Rinpoche is known not only for his deep spiritual realisation but also for his approachable and compassionate nature. His warm and down-to-earth demeanour puts devotees at ease, creating a safe space for meaningful dialogue and heartfelt advice.
Whether you are seeking to understand a spiritual teaching more deeply, struggling with a life issue, or needing blessings for yourself or loved ones, an Audience with Rinpoche can help illuminate your path forward.
This is not a space for venting or ranting, but rather a time for focused questions and sincere reflection. Rinpoche’s time and wisdom are treasures we share with gratitude and respect.
Please check our Telegram Channel for the upcoming session.

What to Know Before You Register

Why Request an Audience?

An Audience with Rinpoche is more than just a conversation. It is a sacred moment of connection—with the Dharma, the lineage, and your inner truth. If you are sincere in your intention, even a short moment of guidance can have a lasting impact.

Pujas & Prayers

Participants can choose to have their prayers and rituals done at Thekchen Choling. If it is not available, we can also help to make arrangements for the prayers to be conducted at affiliated temples overseas. Kindly note that costs involved would include making offerings to the monks and nuns performing the ritual. Alternatively, you may make your personal arrangements for the prayers to be conducted.

Dharma Teaching

Every Thursday* & Every Friday*

Sacred Mirror

The Sacred Mirror represents consciousness and the element of space. Clear, pure and bright, the mirror reflects all phenomena objectively without bias, thereby reminding us to practice objectivity and to rise above our judgmental minds. On a more subtle level, it reflects the Buddha’s core teaching of emptiness – that nothing exists on its own side without a dependent arising cause.

Pinnacle of the mirror

The pinnacle of the mirror, formed by the white crescent moon, flaming red sun and an orange flame of fire, represents the completion stage of Vajrayana practice.

Light Rays

The light rays radiating from the Sacred Mirror represent the flourishing of the Buddha’s teachings, fanning out to the furthest reaches of the universe.

Full Moon Disc

The moon disc represents Bodhicitta, the aspiration to become a Buddha to benefit all sentient beings.

Blue Lotus

Divinely fragrant, blue lotuses bloomed only in the Buddha’s time. By incorporating it into the temple’s logo, it is symbolic of the ever-present Buddha in Thekchen Choling. Moreover, a lotus flower represents purity, perfection, compassion and renunciation, similar to how the beautiful lotus remains untainted even though it had arisen out from the muddy waters.

Nine Precious Jewels

These nine precious jewels represent the Guru, Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, yidam or mind-seal deity, Dharma protector, the sky, earth, and the human realm.

Two Dragons

The two dragons represent continuity and harmony and create the cause for the temple to enjoy the strong support of members and benefactors for Dharma to flourish.

Golden Khata

The flowing golden khata represents the auspicious increase of all Dharma activities.

The Seven Gems of the Chakravartin or a Wheel-Turning King
